Cazorla

Traveling north to the small town of Cazorla with views for miles of olive groves. The town is built on the side of the mountain.

Nearby is Castillo De La Iruela. It sits on a peak of the Sierra de Cazorla and is home to the ruins of an 11th n-century Moorish, and later Templar, fortress which towers over the road from Cazorla to the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park. We picked up some fantastic dipping olive oil. Also watching the vulture and eagles fly over the mountain.
