Folding Tandem

We had a tandem to get around when we are away. But it was big wheels and fixed frame. The back of the motorhome was not ideal for a cycle rack and security is an issue.

So we sold that one and purchased a KHS folding sausage dog tandem. So for the first year we used it as supplied. We found if we had a lot of shopping it was hard to get back. So I decided to get an electric front wheel and fitted the upgrade kit. It has a 11 ah battery pack. It has 5 levels of power assist and easy to use. It folds up under the the bed in the garage and held in the a cargo strap. Charges from the inverter.
