Monastery’s in Northeast Romania

We did over 2 days visit 5 painted Monastary’s in northeast Romania. The first Varonet a very busy place but a lovely place with paintings from 1488 with its fantastic painting of the last Judgement. The next day we visited Humorului, Abore, Sucevta and Moldovita. All the amazing paintings both inside and out. All much the same but with slightly different designs.
